I had a really great experience at this hotel. the location was extremely convenient. Being near the bus terminal made it so easy for me to catch my bus and explore the city. Secondly, the staff were friendly and always willing to help. From the cleaners to the restaurant service, everyone was fantastic. Lastly, the room was spacious and had all the basic amenities I needed. It was perfect for my stay and I couldn't have asked for more.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the comfortable and well, equipped rooms which allowed for a much, needed rest after a long day. the location provided easy access to nearby attractions and entertainment options. One of the best aspects was the attentive and friendly service provided by some of the staff members, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of.

Despite the positive experiences, there were some negative aspects of the hotel that cannot be ignored. Unfortunately, the gym was outdated and in dire need of renovation, making it nearly impossible to get a decent workout.

During my business trip, I was pleasantly surprised by the high-level security offered by this hotel. I accidentally left some of my belongings in the room but the hotel staff were quick to inform me and hand them back to me. the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. I appreciated the personalized treatment and the fact that the restaurant had working elevators.

The hotel staff at the restaurant seemed too busy to pay attention to my needs. Despite being one of the few guests, it took a while before the server noticed me.
